Down Convert from DVC Pro HD to DV

by the way, you guys are awesome. you've saved me from so many jams, i just wanted to thank you for all your technical support.

i won't be at the meeting tonight, but i wish u all a good one.

so here is my question, i couldn't find a really good tutorial on down converting from DVC Pro HD to DV. can you point me in the right direction?

I have a project that was shot on a HVX-200 720p 24
i've edited the project natively on fcp 5.1 and now i would like to down convert to DV maitaining all the the proper ratios.

i'm sure this is fairly simple, i just haven't done it before.
