Folks - What's going on inside FCP when you start it up that may cause it to take 3-4 minutes to open? This happens even after trashing preferences and even when my last project doesn't automatically open.

Seems like a long time. Unless you got a gazillion plug-ins. Did it just start happening? Did you upgrade something before it started happening?

What does FCP say it is loading when the slowdown happens? Anything in partcular listed on the load screen?
