PC compatible external?

I'm doing some archiving and I need to didgitize a lot of media for 'the future'. Most of the company I am doing this for is PC based. So, if I didge this stuff and want to store it on externals, do I need to go the Fat 32 path for them to be able to use them?

And does this mean I have to chunk the video up into sub 2 gig lots?

This is not an 'Avid' situation, so no Avid drives will be involved.

Another solution might be:

Mediafour | MacDrive 6
MacDrive 6 enables Windows 2000 and 98SE users to access any type of Mac-formatted disk including hard drives, CD/DVDs, floppies, Zips, iPods and more. ...

Thanks for that Chris. It looks really good. I'll see how they feel about installing this in the building. By the way - they are up to v7 now, which works on vista.

Also, I'm told that NTFS formatted pc drives will run >2GB files, but are read-only on Mac. There was a hint of some possibility of a utility to make these drives work on Macs. Any more ideas out there?
