Title Effects

I'm looking for opinions on plug-ins that generate title effects. My main use is generating titles for obnoxious car ads - high energy. I'm looking for effects like "stretching" the text onto the screen, one letter at a time, with a blur - maybe be able to add some rotation to individual letters. Being able to add texture would be great also. I'm looking for something in the under $300 range.

I currently use:
PS, Boris 3D, Live Type and built-in simple text generator

Any thoughts?

i;d say Livetype.
but if that's not doing the job for you now, i don't know what else to recommend.
maybe Motion gives you more??
