Nattress and CHV both have cloning/repair filters that borrow pixels from a "good" area to mask out the "bad". And if your shot is locked down, and that background behind the boom mic is uniform, it's very easy to do without a filter by duplicating the shot to V2, moving it so a smooth part of the background sits where the boom is, then masking it off with feathering to hide the boom.
