A tricky one, has anyone come across this as yet.
>> In a FCP Timeline with vision on 1 and say a text graphic on 2 and a pict
>> file graphic on three.( there position doesn't really matter). If the
>> starting point are different and there is a fading in on the alternative track, at the
>> point the fade finishes the pict file shift jumps a few pixels. Like it is
>> not fully rendered. Yet when render is selected nothing needs to be
>> rendered.
>> When exported as a quicktime for format conversion it exports fine, no
>> jumping.
>>
>> If there are three or four other graphics as well as text they all move.
>> I cannot seem to find anywhere that causes this. There are no keyframes
>> added other than those of the fade or effect on the relevant track.
>> My system is a Mac pro G5 syst 10.4.10 8Gig Mem 2x3gh quad core Storage Xserve raid 3.5 tb FCP 6 using uncompressed 8 bit pal as settings.
>> through a blackmagic multibridge pro box. What makes it worse it doesnt happen on all sequences
Hope someone can shine some light on this.regads Phil
