HD Scan Converter

What's the best way to get HD content off a monitor using hardware only? All the scan converters i saw were all SD and mostly designed for laptop to projector. I'd like to get some HD footage of a computer screen without using software or simply shooting the screen...

I remember Matrox was giving something out of DVI to HD component for monitoring, is this something we can use? hooked up to a MacPro with a blackmagic card or something?

k, I found the Matrox MXO info on their site, that def seems to be the way to go, anyone had any experience with this type of set up?

Matrox MXO...that is DVI out to Component, HD SDI, COmposite, and back to DVI of an Apple Monitor. It is a stand alone box...no need for black magic card.
