Transferring a project from FCP 6 to FCP 5

I have to pass a project over to someone who's running FCP 5, and I originated this project in FCP 6.

There has to be a thread that covers this somewhere, but my searching abilities seem impaired this morning. "backwards compatibility" and "XML", among others, are drawing blanks in the search engine. Can someone point me to a thread that might cover this? Or is there a primer on using XML to export my sequence out of FCP 6 so that FCP 5 can open it?

You'll have to select your sequence in the browser and export to XML 3.

I've had some success with that method in the past. Still, I wish I hadn't upgraded to version 6. There are still some major flaws they haven't addressed.
