HD Field issues

Hi All:

I am working with some HD footage (shot with the Sony Phantom camera). I got digital files that are 1280 x1080 upper Odd DVCPRO HD 1060i. The problem I am having is that they look good on my FCP Canvas but on my external LCD and my external CRT Monitors they look like they have some "field issues". I have tried de-interlacing and the shift field filter as well as changing the sequence settings to lower in FCP. Nothing works.

Any idea on what I am doing wrong or where to look at next.
