Compressor madness

Searched the FAQ's no luck.

My Compressor error reads:

!Each target assigned to a job must have a setting and destination.

I am certain I am missing some miniscule button/setting somewhere .. but no matter how many ways or time I add a damn destination and setting this error continues to preclude me from submitting my batch. I guess I just don't understand this error message. I have had success before using the same process - add a destination... add a setting then submit.

I was driven dotty by this when I first tried Compressor 3 as well. Then the second time I tried it, it worked. I think the first time I was trying to drag the destination icon to the entire block. Pretty sure you have to drag it to the individual jobs within. Don't know if that's your issue, but that was what got me initially, I think.
