23.98p to 29.97i for Client Movie

I am doing a 4:3 letterboxed production 480i SD and most of my
media assets are 4:3 29.97 DVCAM but some of my newer assets
are XDCAM 1920p 23.98 fps.

When I put the XDCAM assets on the timeline (and these ones show
trees being blown by the wind) It looks as though the footage is being
sped up to an odd speed. It just looks wrong.

Is there some type of pulldown I should be doing first?
