Best output for iDVD

Hi there
I don't often use iDVD, but there are moments when clients want "high quality" one off's. What is the best setting for export out of FCP for this? Or, is there one?

If you want control over quality, iDVD isn't the thing to use. Go with Compressor and DVD Studio Pro.
