Royalty free map to use on video projectPosted by CaseyPetersen
I'm wondering if anyone knows of any royalty-free maps that can be used on video productions. For instance...I need a map to show the relation between Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin and Minneapolis, Minnesota ("It's just a short two-hour drive directly east of Minneapolis".
This video is for mass distribution, so I don't want to just copy any old thing I find on the internet. Is there a site that does this? I tried searching, but didn't find much. What do TV stations use? Thanks! Casey
The Perry-Castañeda collection at UT is a great resource. All the maps in their collection are in the public domain unless marked otherwise.

Just found this out today- it's likely not what you're looking for, only satellite view. So you'd have to draw in the cities.
