Exporting to wmv from

I am sure there is a simple answer to this-

I am trying to export using QT conversion to a wmv file. The piece is 2:30 long and I have set an in and out at the top and tail ...

It only exports the first :30 each and every time. I don't see anything in the settings that reflects the reason or preference.

What am I missing?
