FCP into AE can it be done without automatic duck?

I have a music video edited in FCP that id liked to open in AE.
Is automatic duck the only way i can open it up?

I tried exporting an XML in FCP
but couldnt find an import XML in AE

I can be done with an AE script.

Search the AE forums for that.
