Quickest way from DVCProHD to DV

Hi everybody,
before I go though trial and error hell - let me ask you:

I edited my Sequence in DVCProHD and want to convert it into regular DV.
I want to crop the sides to fit it into 4:3, since I already shot it with enough extra space on the sides.
So, what's the smartest and fastest way to do this?
