Sorenson squeeze to make .mov file

Hi guys,
Had a client give me a .mov file made from sorenson squeeze on a windows computer.
When I played the file on a quicktime window all I got was audio, no picture.
When I brought it into fcp and dragged it onto the time line it said "Codec could not be opened". Any ideas on how to open this?

Thanks,
Jim

Do an "Item Properties" on the clip in FCP. It should tell you the codec in that list....OR open it in Quicktime and hit Command/J and look at the Video Track stats.

Absolutely:

[avidtechnology.custhelp.com]

Scroll to the bottom and click to download Avid Codecs for Mac v.LE 1.10

Unzip & put the codecs into your ~/Library/Quicktime directory
