Export qt movie with sequence timecode?

Is it possible to export a quicktime movie which matches the timecode on my time line ie if my timeline started at 10:00:00:00 can i get my quicktime file to have the same TC ?

Export - QuickTime Movie - Current Settings will retain the timecode track.

Or, if you want to change the TC of a clip, import it, use 'modify timecode' and set it to your liking.
This is quite a dangerous function for normal footage, as it changes the clip, so other sequences / projects that use the clip might get into trouble.
