Betacam SP tapes transfers in L.A.

Hi everybody,
my client just sent me these two huge Beta SP tapes with one hour of footage each to create a 30 second car dealership commercial.
Since my workflow is completely tapeless I have no decks in my modest little studio so I need help to convert them into something I can use in FCP.
Where can I turn to here in L.A.? I'm in Koreatown.
The budget is pretty low, so it has to be a good deal.
