Nattress plug-in not rendering properly

I'm working with some standard def footage sourced from DVD (OS X 10.6/FCP 6.0.6). I've applied the Nattress "film plus v2.5.1" plug-in to a bunch of shots, but one group of footage is giving me fits.

Every time I try to render the plug-in on the footage from one specific clip, I get a pink-and-green noisy version of my footage squeezed onto the left side of my screen. Re-rendering doesn't help. Restarting doesn't help. And it's only on footage from one specific clip - all the other places I'm using it render out fine.

Is this a 'delete the preferences' issue? Or is there another way to troubleshoot this?

Jeff, are you using any different settings on that particular clip or are there any other filters on that clip. Email me graeme@nattress.com and I'll help you through it.

Just got some troubleshooting thoughts from Graeme & cleared this up.

For the record, setting my timeline to render in 8-bit instead of 10 bit YUV solves the problem nicely.

Thanks!

Jeff
