hi,

if u have little time please do help I have read ur problem and I share same problem with laying off to digi beta from fcp the channel reject the tape " have been technically failed due to Servo Lock error"

what is this and how do i solve this prob now how do i chk that the tape is not having this problem after I lay off to tape I chk by playing from the start it plays from the deck without any problem but once channel gets it they send above error this is costing us lot money and my boss is reaally mad for not able to fix this did u ale to fix this prob if so please let me know.

Is it recording both vitc and ltc?

It's a long long time ago I used a digi beta. Have you setup a reference for sync?

Came across an issue yesterday, so I thought I'll add to this thread. If the vitc and ltc have different timecodes, the station is likely to reject the tapes, as they may encounter problems ingesting.
