Simple Lower Third Animation

Hello Everybody,

This may be simple for most, but I just need a little direction on how do duplicate this effect.

Take a look at the "Tab Improvements" video at 7 seconds in:

The lower third starts as small yellow ball with a white stroke then grows into a full lower third directing the view to the exercise files.

How can we duplicate this effect?

It's a simple shape with an outside stroke filled with yellow then key framed to expand lengthwise with motion blur added in the motion tab.

You can make this in motion using the b-spline tool and then key framing the shape to whatever timing you'd like
