make a still frame look like video

I'm wondering if anyone has had any success at taking a still and making it match the video from which it came. I'm about to embark on this mission and don't have a lot of time to make it fly so if anyone has any tips or wants to share methods please - I'm all "eyes".

I got that part. I was more interested in slight fx tweaks to make it not look like a freeze frame. I guess I do a slight frame jitter to try and match handheld movement but is there a way to make it appear to be running frames?

adding a few random keyframes and adding slight movement can help.

if you're up for it a better way is to track the freeze to the movement of a handheld shot.
you'd do that in Motion, but i wouldn't really know how.

if the body of your film is not handheld, then a slight zoom in or pan perhaps.
