654.54 x 480 DV

I'm outputting some old DV projects from final cut pro. I'm selecting NTSC DV 29.97 from the Quicktime export dialogue. The files I'm getting on the desktop say they're 654.54 x 480 under "Normal Size" in the Visual Settings tab in QT7. What is this size? I should be seeing 640 x 480. All 30 of the videos I'm exporting are showing up with this. These are going to be compressed to DVD. Should I be leaving them as 654.54 or scaling to 640?

I haven't seen much mention of this online - only a few forum posts where the query is treated with a generic response about pixel aspect ratios.
