DVCPROHD 1080P30 3-2 pull down

FCP 7.0.3
OS 10.6.4

I have some footage that is DVCPROHD 1080P30 at 29.97fps
which appears to have a 3-2 pull down in it. I can't use Cinema tools reverse telecine because it says it is temporally incoded any other thoughts on how I might remove this?

Export QuickTime movie. Recompress all frames. It's bs, really
