Best settings to import in FCP

Best settings to import in FCP

I have some mp4 files I need to edit from.
The final spot will go on YT or on my website.
I am using MPEG Streamclip to convert the files into a FCP friendly codec.
What do you guys recommend as export settings?

ProRes. Always ProRes. Even if it is SD...ProRes NTSC.
