Is there are utility that will convert the AVCHD 1920 x 1080 60P footage into ProRes at the same frame rate?

Also HDVoltaic. It transcodes much slower than ClipWrap, but succeeds when ClipWrap fails -- about 2% of clips in my experience. So you probably should have both softwares.

Thanks guys, I tried ClipWarp and it worked great. I'll check out HDVoltiac.
