Compressor question

Hi gang:
I am just getting into Compressor and have a question about video and audio. PegMedia.org needs to have my 80-minute movie in m2v format in order to send it out to public access stations. Strange format to do this, but that's what they want. I brought my FCP 6.5 project into Compressor and dragged the DVD Best Quality 90-minute mpeg-2 to the project, then submitted it. The movie came out great, but there was no audio. I did it again, this time dragging the entire folder into the Compressor window. Same result. Do I need to do audio separately, or am I doing something wrong?

8 GB RAMM

There should be a separate ac3/ Dolby digital setting that should be in there. Encode that too.
