Import settings if final product is for the web only?

The footage was shot in HD on an HMC150 (1080i)
What settings would be best if:

1) The final spots will go on the internet only:
I am thinking Intermediate Codec

2) Internet only, but you know clients... they might later on tell me they also want to show on dvd for presentations:
Thinking Prores LT?....

Apple Intermediate Codec? Why would you use that unless you're still running FCP5? ProRes made that very much obsolete. iMovie still uses it, but iMovie ain't what I call professional.

I'm always going to vote for at least ProRes 422, unless you have storage-space or bandwidth issues. The better the codec on first transcoding, the better the final product will look. If you convert the whole batch to something inferior and then get unhappy later, that's a lot more work and wasted time down the road.

Bandwith is an issue as I might have to do 2 cam multiclips...
Got a bad experience a few weeks ago with on a music video, but it was 6 cam... So maybe my MPB can handle the 2 cam 422 Prores codec

Derek, while I have you around, what do you think of my 17" MBP set up:
2.66Ghz
Intel Core2 Duo
Memory 4Gb 1067Mhz DDR3

Can FCP benefit of more than 4Gb? No, right... 32bit...

I don't usually edit on laptops, so I can't tell ya. In fact, I'm taking delivery of my very first laptop this week. I've always hated laptops, but the timing is right this time.

What do you get?

No, timing in my case means it's a complete software overhaul -- loading up Avid, Adobe Production Suite, and the last available FCS3 with the Promax deal. Also, before Lion becomes mandatory.
