Not only was I a fan of the TV Series in the 60s, in 1992 I was hired as an editor at a facility that just built an all digital linear edit room. They wanted me to learn the room and handed me a simple job from USA Networks. Format every episode of Dark Shadows from 1966-71 for a startup called Sci Fi Channel in time for their September launch. For the next several weeks I got to appreciate the unusual character that Jonathan Frid created once again as an adult in a unique daytime soap horror.
