Connect a tunderbolt drive to a computer wthout thunderbolt?

Hi,

I'm looking for a solution to connect a Thunderbolt drive to a computer without a thunderbolt port. I thought I found a decent solution with this thunderbolt to fw800 adapter [store.apple.com]|Google&cid=AOS-US-CSE-Google however, this only works to connect computers with thunderbolt to FW800 drives, not the other way around.

If you know of some other solutions, please let me know.

As far as I know you cant as there are no adpaters for that. What you can do is find a computer with a thunderbolt port, dump the files onto that and then dump to a non thunderbolt drive. Afraid you are kind of screwed here. But who knows there might be a solution other than this out there.
