Upconverting older FCP4 files to FCP7

Not as far as I can remember - certainly your best bet is to export an XML from FCP4 as well as updating your FCP4 files. Remember to always keep a backup of your FCP4 files too!
The only caveat I can think of might be older incompatible FX or plugins might be missing unless you have the FCP7 versions installed.
