Set dvx 100B to shoot in 29.97

I am renting out a DVX 100B and I am wondering
if besides setting a temporary Scene to 29.97, if there
is a way to hardwire it to record in 29.97.
(The scene is not remembered on power-down
and I will be dealing with a client)

I am more used to my FZ-1000 which is a magnitude
of technology levels higher.
