Error Type 3 during digitize

Error Type 3 during digitize

<HTML>Hi there.. I am just started using my canon zr10 camera. My problem is that when I digitize it goes okay until I stop my
capture (digitizing on the fly) I get the message "1 clip dropped frames during capture" I click okay and FCP 2.0 closes out
w/an error type 3.

Anyone know how i fix this problem? I installed the updater and have qtime 5.</HTML>

<HTML>Try turning off your drop frame warning and making your pre roll 7 seconds. Trash your FCP prefs before you do this.
