Making Audio Chapter points for CD in FCP

Does anyone know if there is a way to make chapter points for an audio CD if using Final Cut timeline to mix various tracks? When i convert to an AIF file, none of the chapter or scoring markers go with it. Would Soundtrack be what I should be using?
