Itunes 4.8 and Movies

Apple has just released Itunes 4.8. The interesting thing is now you can drag Quicktime movies directly into your Itunes library and watch them small to full screen. Certainly seems like Apple is readying the ducks for some type of movie store.

movie suport will be verry cool indeed.

did you get that in software update, bruce?

It also appears that you can now get music videos with a few songs within the store. You buy a specific song or album and you get the music video for "free". Interesting that you no longer use Isync to sync Ical, Safari and Address book to your ipod. You go through Itunes. Go figure.

there's a lttle way to go yet with this feature.
the implementation is a bit sloppy.
the next movie doesnt play, as you'd expect it to.
well it DOES seem to play, but it doesnt get displayed, which is weird.

oh, hangfon.. if i hit the down arrow, the selected movie catches up with the now playing movie, and displays..
hmm... not quite right.

also no MPG support yet.

i guess they'll fix these soon.
