Shaking pictures

I have been runing into a problem with freeze frames of video shaking or vibrating back and forth so it almost looks the video is flashing. Its only once the project is done and viewed on a tv when it shows up. Has anyone run into that problem, is there a certain way to fix it? If anyone can help me out thatd be awesome. THANKS

When freezing video, some frames will flicker more than others. Before freezing the video, check frames forward and back to see which is best

If you still cant avoid a flicker; apply a flicker filter to get rid of it.

all you need to do is apply a de-interlace filter to the image and it will stop jittering....effects>video filters>video>de-interlace

The "epileptic seizure" can't be seen on a computer monitor. The problem has been there ever since you created the still; you just couldn't see it. When working with graphics, you should always check on an external TV/monitor. Effects - Video Filters - Video - De-Interlace will get rid of it, but you must check on an external monitor because you may have to switch the Field in the filter to "Upper" or "Lower", and there's no way to determine which one if you're using only a computer monitor.
