Titles

I've searched the archives and can't find the exact answer to what I'm looking for. I have end credit titles created in a photoshop file. They look fine when they aren't animated, but when I animate them for a crawl they sort of flicker. I tried importing them into Boris but it won't allow me to bring in a photoshop file.

Any suggestions?
