May I suggest a links page as part of the Jobs, with links to personal or company sites by region? We frequently get " I'm looking for a crew in..." requests or the like.

This would save time going through the search engine by providing a regional view. To make things easy on you, a form for submitting the link could standardize the process.

Not that this site needs it - but the cross linking would also help those local folk out on their local google rankings.

Not sure what you mean Ian. If I understand you, the current forum software may not support this sort of thing. Write me offline and explain to me in non technical language because when it comes to web dev, I'm clueless

Well I'm sure no wiz either.

I'll do as you ask - though it might be a day or so as I'm out the door for a shoot with a heavy post deadline right behind.
