interlacing artifacts

hi there -

i read some of the previous threads relating to this problem, but wasn't really able to find a solution.

i am working with footage filmed in HD on a high end Sony HDCam. the footage was downconverted to dvcam and i am now doing a reverse telecine with cinema tools to get back to 23.98 for cutting. Over all this has worked perfectly, but now I have 7 clips that no matter what I do I can not get the interlaced frames out. They all start on an A frame and they come from various tapes on which the rest of the media works fine.

Any thoughts on what the problem might be and how I can fix it?
