Chapter Markers not appearing in DVD Studio Pro

Here's one that's stumping me. I export my quicktime movie with chapter markers as a QT Reference (set to export ALL markers). I compress using compressor (using the apple preset for DVD). But now when I drop into DVDSP, the chapter markers don't show up.

What am I missing?

Running the latest FCS 3.

In FCP, try exporting with "Export DVD Studio Pro markers".

In Compressor, under "extras", make sure "add DVD studio Pro metadata" is checked.

To be clear for later readers, the "Export All Markers" option is a misnomer. It doesn't work. To get markers for DVDSP and other uses, the "Export DVDSP markers" is the only one worth using. Why this is I don't know. I submitted this as a bug to Apple a couple of years ago. Maybe one day they'll fix it, or at least clear up the terminology.
