Im not sure if im missing something here but FCP should have an easy way to export straight to DVD. In premiere its called "export to DVD" funnily enough, and I use it all the time>(when im o n premiere)
I dont want to think about interfcaces or chapters or compression.
just a basic export to dvd that makes an auto interface and does the compression on the fly...
Its needed for when a client wants to view an edit without coming into the studio, you want to send them a disc, it doesnt need an interface or even to be full quality.
Just a quick simple way to get a cheap transportable version on a disc that will play in any dvd player, thank you...

P.S. yes i already have a cheap dvd recorder patched through the system, but i want it in FCP too.
