Weird Issue with Export and Cutting Transitions

hi:

ok, here's a new one. just updated to 10.6 the other day. i exported a project out yesterday as a raw file via the "export media" share option.

in the exported file, the transitions were all shortened, cutting key words and throwing off the timing and rhythm of my whole piece. this has never happened before and has the smell of a bug from the update.

not sure how to deal with this one. all the transitions in the original sequence are just fine--the sequence is totally intact. but how to i export this file out so everything stays that way? do i need to adjust any of the settings in the "export media" option via the share window?

Have you tried to delete all render files before export?

yes, everything was totally rendered. weird thing is that it does it sometimes and other times no.
