I had an accident moving files between libraries on separate hard drives

I'm brand new to FCP 10.1.2. I was moving files between libraries on different hard drives when I had a crash. Now there is an alias for the files in the new library but the original file resides back on the original library in the original hard drive in a "_aSyncCopying" folder. How can I get the original files over to the new library. Any suggestions?
