Public Access/Leased Access in L.A. area?

Does anyone have any info on what public access and leased access
channels exist in the greater L.A. area?

Is there a great link for this info?
Any contact information?

I produced a weekly music video series back home and am thinking about starting it back up here in L.A. Of course I wanna graduate to leased access with the possibillity of actually making money, but I can
always do the public access thing.
