Post Production Support Engineer Wanted

Big Picture Entertainment, LLC, is looking for an experienced Post-Production Support Engineer to work with our Director of Technical Operations at our Culver City location.

We have an immediate need for the first two weeks of June heavy on the FCP side of things. Long term opportunity is also possible for the right candidate.

Candidates will have strong technical and operational knowledge of computer based video editing systems in a networked environment (Final Cut & Avid).

Responsibilities:
Problem solving technical and operational challenges as well as file management of media assets.

Requirements:
Strong technical and operational knowledge with computer-based video editing systems (i.e. Final Cut, Avid, etc), basic Macintosh IT needs, and other post-production related equipment.
Must have experience with Mac and Windows based computers, networking, storage area networks, and data management.
Ability to achieve timely resolution of issues being tracked in bug tracking system and... a great attitude.

Additional Skills Desired:
Experience with FCP Terrablock Fiber Environments
Experience with Avid ISIS & Interplay Environments
Experience with basic machine room needs like patch panels and routing.
Experience with Active Directory Based Environments

Training will be available to the right candidate for some of the ''Desired Skills''
