Problems with OS X 10.3.5

Guys,

My intern inadvertently updated to 10.3.5 and things with 4.5HD have been VERY unstable since:

? More crashes on FCP start-up!
? Audio in some sequences plays back sped up, but clips are all set at 100%.
? Weird "relinking" issues where random clips play instead of those that should!

Is there any way to go back to 10.3.4 or 10.3.2 without scrapping my whole system!

Apple is pissing me off to no end with this!

Ouch. Did you update to QuickTime 6.5 as well?

Today's FCP HD 4.5 keytip:
Enable/Disable "global" Linking: Shift-L.
Override any enabled link: press Option, then click clip segment.

The FCP HD KeyGuide?: your power placemat.
