Not sure if these are bugs, but have never seen them before in any other configuration

This is on 17 inch brand new MacBook Pro - full ram - latest system and FCP 5 universal

Captured entire taped -- edited it....saved file....shut everything down...fired back up...tape is no where to be found on any hard drive (all previous tapes are there) Not even found in invisible files -- had to recapture ??? odd)

Crop tool funky on a few clips...would crop one side but not the other...not replicable though

SPLIT EDIT would not work...put audio in on time line....then go to put video in on time line - instead it gives a video out...trashing pref's did not help.
