DVD2 Serial #

Hi...unable to upgrade to DVDPro 2 from DVDPro 1.5. After entering serial # for upgrade it asks me to enter the old 1.5 serial #. I enter it and the OK button stays grayed out and I'm unable to continue install.

I purchased 1.5 last January. Installation and maintenance upgrades on it went forward normally.

Typing serial # checked and double checked. Folder containing 1.5 is on boot disk in Applications Folder and has not been moved.

Any ideas? Dick S.

I would give Apple a call on that one. You just bought it, they will support you. Once in a while strange things happen... I bought an unlimited server license from them last year and it would only allow 10 users on it. Called them, and they knew all about it. Your issue might be well known and a simple phone call could get you on your way.
