Every time I try to import an mpg encoded at less than 4 kbps DVDSP 2 says it's not a valid file. I have a lot of content to get on the disc, has anyone else had luck with this much compression?
I don't know the answer, but I'm working on a similarly long program that will depend on low bitrates. I do assume you mean 4 mbps, not kbps. Any answers?
I'm still testing files but have had no luck with anything under 4. The content I'm working with is all "talking head" so the quality looks good even when it's crunched, so far 4 is the limit.
